Welcome to Zero Waste on Wheels! We're thrilled that you're considering making the planet a little greener with us. Before you dive into our zero-waste world, grab a cup of tea (in a reusable mug, of course) and read through these fun-yet-important terms and conditions. We promise to keep it brief!
1. Who We Are
We’re your local zero-waste champions! Zero Waste on Wheels is all about filling up your trusty containers and providing eco-friendly alternatives to help you ditch single-use plastics. Think of us as your personal refill roadies, rolling up with a van full of sustainable goodness.
2. What We Do
Here’s the lowdown on our services:
Refills: Got containers at home? Great! We refill them with all sorts of household essentials—from cleaning products to toiletries. All you need to do is place a request on our website, and we’ll handle the rest.
Eco Alternatives: Need something a bit more permanent? We offer awesome eco-friendly household items like bamboo toothbrushes, reusable containers, and more.
3. How to Get Your Refills
Step 1: Head to www.zerowasteonwheels.com and fill out our refill request form.
Step 2: Sit back and relax—maybe sort through your recycling?
Step 3: We’ll give you a call or send you a message to arrange a time that works for your delivery.
Step 4: We arrive in our zero-waste-mobile, aka the van, to deliver your refills! Easy, right?
Quick Note: While you can check out our price and stock list online, sorry folks—you can’t order directly from the website. We like to keep things personal!
4. Payment
We’re not psychic (unfortunately), so payment happens at the time of delivery or at one of our market stalls. We accept Card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Cash & Invoice methods here!
All prices are listed in good old GBP (pounds, not potatoes).
5. Delivery
We personally deliver your refills in our trusty van—think of it as a zero-waste food truck but with soap, shampoo, and all the eco-goodies your household needs! We’ll arrange a delivery date and time that fits your schedule. Our delivery zone is Maidstone and the surrounding areas, so if you live outside that, give us a shout and we’ll see if we can make it work.
6. Refunds and Returns
Uh-oh! Got a faulty product? We’ll either replace it or refund you faster than you can say, “zero waste!” (Okay, maybe not that fast.) For full details, check out our Returns and Refunds Policy.
7. Market Stalls
Catch us in action at your local market stall! You can buy our eco-products there, no website form required. Keep an eye on our social media or website for updates on where we’ll pop up next.
8. Website Stuff
Here’s the deal:
Our website is mainly for giving you the scoop on our services and stock. So, don’t be surprised if things change a little from time to time—we like to keep things fresh!
No funny business. Please don’t use our site for anything illegal or suspicious, unless it’s legally becoming a zero-waste superhero.
Prices and stock can change faster than we can finish a compost heap, but we do our best to keep everything up-to-date.
9. Limitation of Liability
We’re only human (zero-waste humans, but still). While we aim to provide accurate information, Zero Waste on Wheels isn’t responsible for any tiny slip-ups in product info, pricing, or stock availability. But rest assured, if we make a mistake, we’ll do our best to fix it!
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, which basically means we all agree to play by the same rules. Any disputes? We’ll deal with them in the courts of the United Kingdom. But hopefully, we can settle everything with a smile instead.
