Returns and Refunds Policy
At Zero Waste on Wheels, we’re all about spreading good vibes and zero-waste joy, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Don’t worry—we’ve got your back! Here’s how we handle returns and refunds (with a smile).
1. Faulty Refill Products
Oops! If one of our refill products isn’t up to scratch, just let us know, and we’ll replace it or give you a refund—whatever floats your eco-friendly boat. Just be sure to reach out before you try to fix the problem by shaking the bottle or giving it a “maybe it’ll work this time” stare. We’re here to help!
2. Faulty Eco-Alternatives
We love our eco-alternatives and hope you will too. But if you receive one that’s faulty, as long as it’s still in its original packaging and hasn’t been used to save the world just yet, or if it develops a fault during use, we’ll gladly swap it out or refund you. Think of it like a “no waste, no problem” guarantee!
3. Discretionary Refunds
All refunds are at the discretion of Zero Waste on Wheels. That means we look at each case individually—because we believe in the power of thoughtful decision-making (and maybe a little bit of magic). So if you have an issue, let us know and we’ll do our best to sort it out!
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Simply shoot us a message at hello@zerowasteonwheels.com, and we’ll get the ball rolling. Here’s what we’ll need:
Your name (so we know who you are)
The date you purchased from us (so we know what you ordered)
A description of the issue (so we know what went wrong)
Photos of the product (so we can take a look and nod in understanding)
We’ll aim to respond within 3 business days—plenty of time to get your reusable coffee cup filled up a few times, right?
