How to Order a Refill Visit (and Be an Eco-Hero Without Leaving the Couch!)
Saving the planet and refilling your household essentials? Easy peasy! Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Save Those Bottles 🧴
Start by rounding up your empty bottles and containers. Don't toss them—those little heroes are about to be reborn! Shampoo bottles, detergent containers, even that jar you swear you’re going to reuse someday—now’s the time. Make sure they're clean and ready for action.
Step 2: Book Your Visit 📧
Pop over to the arrange a refill visit page and fill out our refill request form. Let us know what you need, and we’ll be there to save the day (and your containers). You can stay inside watching Netflix, and we’ll do all the legwork.
Step 3: When We Arrive... 🚛
Here’s where the magic happens:
Option 1: Hand over your labelled bottles with your refill wish list (you know, “laundry detergent, shampoo, and extra brownie points for saving the planet”). We’ll dash back and forth to the van for you.
Option 2: Prefer a little fresh air? You can come outside and shop directly from the van! Browse all the eco-goodies on board—it’s like your own personal zero-waste market on wheels. 🌱
Step 4: Get Your Filled Bottles & Pay 💳
Once we’ve worked our refill magic, we’ll hand your freshly filled bottles back to you. Payment’s a breeze with contactless by card, Apple Pay, or whatever tech wizardry you prefer. No fumbling for cash, just a quick beep and you’re done.👌🏻(We take cash too though, if that's your style!) We also accept cake, eggs & other fresh produce. 🐣
Step 5: Not Home? No Problem! ❗
Busy day? No worries! Just leave your bottles outside somewhere safe (away from curious neighbours, kids, and squirrels), and we’ll fill them up while you’re out saving the world in other ways. You’ll come home to freshly refilled bottles like eco-friendly magic. ✨
